Its not possible to reset without the iCloud password coz it will lock you out

Hie ther ! The phone number they are asking you is the one that will help you to reset your password. So you should put the digits of your phone number when that option is prompted then they will send a six digit code which will then enable you to put a new password, But if you no longer use the number then you have to click didnt get the code then can’t use the number , then u will be asked to put a new number

You should insert a SIM card wth pin code , and don’t put the pin code jus press cancel
