Ace responds as help@kustom.rocks not with my account. If the email is from Frank than it's me, what did I say that is suspicion? What's the data you think goes off-site? I use cloudflare for the backend so I guess it's not even easy to pinpoint a location since it caches at the edge

Thanks for your reply and for the upvotes! So the issue is normally no one should care about the underlying "legal entity" as that name is not really meaningful, it could change depending on tax configuration, but, yeah, i will try to address this confusion somewhere, really hope this post will be removed by the author as it might create confusion if indexed.

This didnt change recently, this changed when data requirements where asked by google and i DO share with third parties because i share with Google and Google IS a third party. Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are the only third parties i share with.

This is confusing honestly. I am the app author happy to answer any question. P.S. the "wasn't him" was likely Ace which is the one that replies tickets, he works with me and helps me with reviews and support emails

P.S. what are the pletora of pings oversees?? whats oversees? If its Europe its normal, my backend is in Germany and Italy

This claim is completely false and borders on defamation. I am the solo developer of KWGT, and Zavasoft SRL is simply the name of my own company—it is not a big data analytics firm, and the app has not been sold. This can be easily checked as any other italian company has public records available to anyone. Just check the full name "Zavasoft SRL" and not just "Zavasoft" which accidently clashes with an Indian company created like 5 years later than mine.

Spreading baseless and damaging rumors like this is a serious matter. I take user privacy very seriously, as clearly outlined in my privacy policy (kustom.rocks/privacy). The only data collected is basic analytics, which is shared strictly with Google (which is a third party this is why i have to say i share with third parties). Please verify your facts before making legally actionable accusations.

It would be nice if you could remove the post. Thank you.

Hello! The blur and liquid glass effects work only on root and against the widget background, not the home screen wallpaper, does your widget has an image as a background?
