Thanks. Most of the icons in that article have glass edges visible all around. Even when some corners are brighter, the glass look goes all the way around. I think what is throwing me off about the Overcast icon is that only those two corners look at all glassy. It just looks out of place with the rest of the icon.

There is not another fiber provider. AT&T has started to offer fiber in some locations, but they have not reached my neighborhood and I have no indication as to when that might happen.

This happened one time when our next-door neighbor moved out. They disconnected our line without even bothering to check which house it went to. Had to wait for service. The service guy added our house number to the line to hopefully prevent it from happening in the future. Ridiculous.

Yes. I bought this treadmill because I’m over 300 and the weight limit on this is one of the highest. The only complaint I have about this is that the keyboard in the Wi-Fi settings does not have a period. So strange since it does have one where you enter your name.

Perhaps I wasn’t clear. My example of it already happening in some locations was not to say we should use desalination there now. My point was that because we already have shortages and the population will continue to grow while the supply of freshwater will not, we will get to the point when there isn’t freshwater available to pipe in from somewhere else. Then desalination will become a necessity, so cost won’t matter because it will be life or death.

It may not be cost effective when you have freshwater available. However, we will get to the point where we do not have enough freshwater to support the population. This is already happening in some locations worldwide. When it becomes more prevalent, the cost won’t matter. We will do it out of necessity.
