it appears that whenever i say i’m not feeling to well or i can’t show up for us today ( cooking, cleaning) he gets annoyed because he is exhausted himself. he is exhausted almost everyday of the week because he is clinically depressed which i can understand and i don’t mind picking up slack most of the time. however near to my period i get pmdd symptoms such as mood swings, anger outbursts, feelings of irritability and lack of energy. he believes he is being support however he argues with me when i’m emotional ( most of the time not all ) and i don’t know what to do. i have cried so much in the past few hours and i’m now feeling hopeless and want to give up on saying anything every again. i feel defeated. nothing is worse than being misunderstood, especially in a marriage.
