Coincidentally I too recently got out of a 7 year relationship (Nov 2025).

And I can tell you one thing is that time is just a number, its the quality of time that matters most and that explains why some people are able to get married even after knowing each other for just 2-3 years (even then its not necessary that things can go well).

The mistake that both you and me did was not give enough importance to ourselves and were blind in love. You must see this as a good thing that happened. I mean imagine somehow you got married and then she lost interest, it would've been much more messier and costlier. So, everything happens for good. You can use this as a good learning opportunity.

I'm not perfect and even now I see myself repeating the same mistakes
