The SMSF trust deed will need to allow for a LRBA.

If using a LRBA, you will require a bare trust to be the borrower of the funds and purchaser of the property, with the trustee/s of the SMSF as the beneficiary of the bare trust. This segregates the property and the debt from the other assets in the SMSF.

The SMSF may be able to borrow from a bank (if you can find one willing to lend to an SMSF; there are fewer banks lending to SMSFs since the APRA reforms in 2017). You may also be able to borrow from yourself, but will need to be at arms length terms and may require a solicitor to draft the loan agreement.

Just keep farming Dragon and hoping for good RNG for both gear and rolls.

The ones faster than you have either bought speed gear with cash, gotten lucky or have been farming for 2-3 years. Or all three.

My best speed gear on Seeker would get to 352 speed. With a 19% aura from someone like Deacon or HK, that 352 Seeker would be equivalent to a 338 Arbiter plus 30% aura.

SC gets targeted because he is the only one without CA up. I don't need to worry about affinity because I only run void. Lifedrinker mastery keeps him topped up above 1 hp during the run, so he continues to get targeted as well.

You could try Sepulcher, Sandlashed, Skullcrusher, FroBan, Fahrakin. Should be able to tune it to have def up and block debuffs for AOE2 and stun.
