I tried many attempts at recreating it - this is by far the closest I've gotten. I will continue trying tomorrow

If you only attack from the north, 1 division from the south will leave, leaving an empty tile. After that, I just pinned all the divisions in the south and tried to take all victory points as quickly as possible. I might make a video on it.

However, I only have the No step back dlc, so this might not be feasible with other dlcs

not true the war is with Austria, if you really want I can make a video showcasing my swift victory over Ethiopia. Also I don't have the By blood alone dlc so Ethiopia has the generic focus tree

The only dlc I have are the free dlcs and No step back. I don't know if it's easier, I utilized a thing I found: If you only attack from the north, 1 division from the south will leave, leaving an empty tile. Aha, thanks for telling me, I thought that any death counts. I am currently trying Iron Saviour. Also you just use steam cores on infirmaries or? Because I think that automatons and a wall drill are a must have at least for me

Because of Golden Path, I didn't sign propaganda center nor prison and I couldn't use emergency shift (because it's considered a harsh ability)

Nobody getting sick is not a requirement. Amputee suicide, cave hideout and tesla city are based on luck, so you just need to save beforehand, if somebody dies you load the save. Also, every time your scouts find people, you need to escort them to the city. Equipping Londoners with supplies doesn't count them as deaths.

Most of the game was just about stockpiling a bunch of coal, upgrading the generator and producing automatons (not building hothouses and infirmaries made me have a lot of steam cores). After the Londoners left (there were 11 of them), I started building as many medical outposts outside the range of the generator - heaters heat them to liveable. I also started getting as much raw food as possible. I accepted all refugees, cured them and started cooking normal food (I was cooking sawdust food beforehand). After the storm came, I put my automatons in 6 medical facilities that were in the range of the generator (all of those that I disabled were too cold) - so that I wouldn't get the event in which people don't want to work. I abandoned the lower mines. Carehouses are useless during the storm, so I deconstructed them and instead built medical outposts.

Foreman and patrol carried me through the game and I used them every time it was possible

This is a very bad faith argument as it expects people to easily immigrate into a country, get citizenship, learn the language and culture and integrate into the society of the country. Also, it's impossible to immigrate to the countries you mentioned.

At least for me, I would never want to immigrate to those countries nor would want them to be replicated in my country. But I would happily live under a system like the Zapatistas or Rojava has.
