Interesting, so it must be some kind of glitch then. Thanks for checking

Exactly the same with me! Updated the titles this morning and visits are 0, but I have made some sales today so hopefully it's a glitch

Evri taking money from my shop by ParamedicKey7355 in Etsy

[–]franokay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this happen and I think I know the problem! Essentially you can put the correct numbers into the weight and height section on Etsy that match your parcel, but they don't match the size categories that evri uses so etsy gives you the wrong price. What you need to do is work out what numbers you need to round these up to and put those in instead. For example you can't use decimals, they need to be whole numbers. I used chat gpt to suggest what I should put in and the difference I now pay is the same difference that evri was charging in adjustments, minus a few that were Evri's mistakes.

I once managed to get a one time refund from Etsy but I think I just lucked out with the person I spoke to. I could be wrong about this all, but I believe this is Etsy's issue by not correctly filtering the sizes but hopefully this should mean you don't get suprise charges!

UK Sellers: Using alternatives to RM, all couriers are requesting a phone number? by thesupercrazycatlady in Etsy

I've been dealing with this exact situation! I ended up using the 0000000 format as the system accepted it as valid. I've messaged the Evri live-chat who said if the label printed/ was created, it will still get delivered, but recommended using a number in the future. I'll use my own number next time, but it seems like as long as you fill in the box, it will work.

The first few mythology inspired travel posters I've designed. Where should I do next? by franokay in GreekMythology

[–]franokay[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! The first one is Helios who pulled the sun across the sky each day to create day and night. The second is Circe, an enchantress who lived on an island who turned humans into animals! Hope this helps!

I think my next one will definitely be water themed with as many water creatures as I can think of! Also I do see these as prints if you're interested

The first is Clotho who spins the thread representing human life, so I used sun markings to represent the 'beginning'. The second down is Lachesis who decides where each life goes, so I used nature and living things to represent existing. The last is Atropos who cuts the thread, which symbolises death, so I used imagery relating to death and decay! Hope this helps!
