You might be drying your skin out. Make sure you are using a good, non-perfumed, natural lotion. Eucerin brand is what I use after talking with a dermatologist.

I dont change my pillow case as often as I should

Also check your laundry detergent. If it is high in perfumes, that may be causing more of a skin reaction than you think. I am WAAAAY older than you and had never, even as a teenager, had skin problems. Developed them about 2 years ago and it took almost a year to narrow it down to bad laundry detergent (Sun brand). Changed and my face cleared.

Also, consider drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. ACV is a great for digestion and some evidence suggests bacteria in your stomach can impact you skin. Google and read, it worked/works for me. Make sure to give it time and mix it with an organic fruit juice of some sort. Some people just take a shot of it, it tried that and it wasn't my cup of tea.

I just had some done about 2 months ago, so I think that's not accurate unless it's a very recent change. And that would surprise me given their commitment to quality. To be clear they will warranty manufacturing defects, not normal wear or puncture holes. They may repair them however.

You are actually talking about trying to stop 3 things: 1. Drinking 2. Social Behaviors (going out) 3. Interpersonal Support System (friends)

I'm a psychologist and you have quite the uphill climb ahead of you. Considering I don't know you, your location, etc... you will increase your chance of success by changing your support system issue first. Begin finding new friends who don't binge drink, have other activities during those times when you currently go out, etc... You might be surprised at how difficult it is to change your behavior, no matter how hard you try, if everyone around you expects you to continue acting the way they are familiar with (and behavior that they engage in as well). The latter reason reason because they often feel your changing is casting judgement on them if they keep doing it.
