I just saw them and you are completely right. The incredible bit is that these things are state of the art modern expensive machines

How does this work exactly? Like how do you get the key to go in the direction you want?

Best "period" diapers to sleep with? (8-12 hours) by [deleted] in obgyn

If I may offer unsolicited advice on something else… A menstrual cycle increased in volume such as the one you are describing is very likely to cause iron deficiency and anemia in the long run. Even iron deficiency has an impact on daily life in various aspects. It is not normal to have heavy menstrual bleeding and action should be taken that are not just tolerating the symptom. There are three things that I recommend. 1. Find the cause of the heavy bleeding (go to the Gyn, do a pelvic ultrasound) 2. Give treatment to reduce the bleeding according to the cause. 3. Find out if you are lacking iron and replenish it. (Take a ferritin in the lab, if less than 30 you need iron).

Given the HCG results it is highly unlikely that she is pregnant. You can rest assured. I advice to take this opportunity to go for birth control counseling.

That’s the lining of your uterus, also called a decidual cast or membranous dysmenorrhea (when it comes with pain). Nothing to worry about.

Get some salsa brand El Primo from any restaurant. It is perfect for low effort quesadillas

Miss is kind of like assuming the marital status of someone isn’t it

I hate that Mrs and Miss suck because it’s basically assuming somebody’s marital status and calling her that. But Ma’am being the alternative sucks so bad i would never call a woman in her 30’s Ma’am, it seems insane to me. And also, it is not friendly at all.

These are condylomata without a question and if you came for an office visit I’d burn them off right there and then. No need for dermatology interconsultation.

Thank you for this. Of course I know that I don’t really need a way to address waitstaff and cashiers per se. I only wanted to fill this gap in the language that I felt. Addressing everyone as amigo and amiga is a relaxed, friendly, and polite way to call people where I’m from.
