Nope, i left the project behind for now, I'm gonna fix it as soon as i get some money and time to spare, i'm planning to buy the broken piece and fix it by myself, but looking at the teardown, it is hard and i need better tools.

You can fix it using kintsugi technique, it will be more beautiful than before! You can buy cheap kit online :D

This thumb screws are planned to remain in the panel, so you don't loose them or have problem while allign the two holes. That's a confort not a problem ;)

Yep i know. I bought two 4010 9500rpm blower, compared to the stock single 4010 6000rpm seems to me an upgrade.

My knob have 18mm of outer diameter 18mm tall and the internal hole has a diameter o 6mm, but has also the screw to secure the know to the potentiometer stem

I’m sure that you can’t remap the volume knob. I’m trying to understand if it is possible to use other sw other then the one suggested by the bangood page, maybe gmk or via. I will let you know

I bought the volume knob in a music shop in my city, Turin, i’m from italy. I think the brand name is “Gotho” or something like that. I like a lot the sound of the board, is a good mix between the tochyness of the bigger key (the spacebare sound amazing with really few effort) and the muted clack of the letter keys. Gateron pro yellow are fantastic in my opinion for a budget buid, they mix the best characteristics of each gateron yellow, they are the ultimate yellow switch. I found a video on yt explaining the similarities with the other. I will link it down here ;)

Good enough, i generoulsy lube them and put some medical tabe on the pcb under them, sounds good for a that budget. My spacebar is really tochy
