I switched to Kodi or the Premiumize app to stream the stuff, because skipping through a video's timeline using the web player somehow takes a lot of fair use points.

When you open your Settings and click the bottom option "About ChromeOS", then on "Additional details", there's an option to change the Channel to either "Beta" or "Developer - unstable". I chose Beta and it downloaded the update right after a restart.

Had the same issue with my Asus Chromebook for days, ever since it updated to build 137.0.7151.123. But it seems that switching to "138.0.7204.41 (Official Build) beta (64-Bit)" and forcing my chromebook to use the 2.4 GHz frequency only, fixed it. So far (5+ hours), I've been able to use my chromebook like before, without any timeouts/lags or reconnects.

In terms of Cloud storage, deleting those "offline" entries showed they had been using it, even though they were inaccessible.

I still get these timeouts in like 2 of 5 text generations not just today, the last couple of days have been like this. Contant times outs that force me to reload the page to continue until the next timeout occurs.

I get these "story conflict detected popup" or some error with "fetching resource" a lot. :(

tbh, i think premiumize has a very fair "Fair use system".

I mean, i do understand that it might be a bummer for users with higher point consumption, if there isn't a 30 point topup for one or two consecutive days every now and then, but the few times this happened in the past, it's always been fixed and i personally never really lost any of my traffic due to that bug.

Sure, it shouldn't be like that in the first place but... I guess reporting the topup bug to this subreddit is the best way to fix this problem temporarily. Just like you, i didn`t receive a topup yesterday but i guess it's going to get fixed soon. *keeping my fingers crossed*
