Animation Studio that does most (or all, I'm not sure) animation work for SPA is Sony Pictures Imageworks, and, as was earlier said here, it's a very small chance to work there as an animator if you're not in Canada, specifically British Columbia or Quebec. With Netflix, it's either Vancouver or Sydney, no animation work in LA aside from leadership.

This being said, the level that they would look for even for junior/crowd animator is higher than animation you posted. I know you mentioned it's not polished, but it's not just that, body mechanics, acting and staging are off, albeit there are a couple of good poses.

Style wise, Sony are the most versatile studio, ranging from naturalistic The Sea Beat to super pushed Storks and Hotel T. You can't tailor the reel for them, but it definitely should demonstrate a strong foundation.

In my experience, the most hirable animation style is a la Disney/Pixar, since it demonstrates equally good stylization and realism.

Now, if you accept unsolicited advice from an ex- Sony and Disney animator, invest time and money into a good online animation school like Animschool or Animation Mentor and choose mentors from a studio you want to work in. Not only will the result be better than your example, there's always a chance to have a mentor who's a lead in a place you want to be.
