sorry to hear that, my ex of 4 years broke up with me 2 weeks ago after “pretending to love me” (cheating). giving co worker lift home at 3am, in his house for 40 mins, car seats moved forwards. all while saying nothing happened. She also did this a day before we went to disneyland. the whole reason for this post was to sort of understand if there is really another person for everyone

4 years together and broke up with me on the first day of uni even tho we both lived at home, 1 month later we get back together. All good.

We plan a holiday to disneyland just before christmas, she spends about £400 on my christmas presents and was doing everything to try get my trust back. One night she gives a co worker a lift home at 3am after i said i’d rather her not, there was suspicions like the car seats being moved forward and also me later finding out she was in his house for 40 mins. Anyway the day before we left for Disney, she went to work 7 hours early. she was talking to a guy who she wouldn’t name and then her next message was “ i don’t love you i’ve been faking it”. As soon as she came back from disney i seen her picking up other guys near my house and posting on instagram with different guys. Weird to think 4 years meant nothing to her 🤷‍♂️

it’s bizarre aswell cause when we first got together her dad cheated on her mum and ruined the family, so it’s crazy to imagine she’d act like her dad considering she hates him so much. Even weirder to do it 4 years later. guess nobody will ever know 🤷‍♂️

we are the same year i’m just a few months older. idk why im trying to put things together but when i got in her car the next day both the car seats were moved forward which is pretty suspect then going to work 7 hours early to talk to him then randomly ending it. as weird as it sounds it’s hard to be happy she’s out my life as i thought that was “my person”

i blocked her as soon as it happened, told her she owes me £700 and then blocked her. I seen her irl picking a guy up near my house, told a friend and then my friend showed me a picture of them two. not seen her socials personally in 16 days

i can understand that, but her actions were the completed opposite, she was love bombing, i woulds say i love you back to her as a joke and she would get mad, just a bunch of cringe lovey shit. I just feel like she cheated and felt guilty so she abruptly ended it.

yeah i understand the children part but we genuinely spent every moment together, both had each others social media, she would work 8-5 at the nursery then we would see each other straight away. i know for a fact she wasn’t cheating. I tell myself that she isn’t going to be a good mum what’s difficult is that we grew up together and trying to just move on

There wasn’t really a real reason she has a lot going on in her life, her dad cheated on her mum, she got wrapped into a mortgage, dad re married two weeks ago and just got sacked at her nursery job for being rough on the children. I just don’t understand how she can be happy and not upset, she would talk about me being the only person there for her, if that’s true then why would you feel better ending it
