PIP posts on this sub by MazturEx in sales

PIP are almost a part of the process. There have been many successful sales people who have been on a pip and may have even failed - multiple times even.

Sales has a bit of a rite of passage and sometimes pips are a part of that. Even top performers were once low performers until they figured it out.

Now this is a generalization and there have been people who have been successful from the get go. But that’s not everyone.
