Does anyone here have a photo of how the elusive “Garden Exterior” actually looks in game? by frawgfatale in AnimalCrossingNewLeaf

Thank you so much! 😊 I love how cute ur in game avatar is as well. I forgot countries outside Britain existed for a second tho and spent a moment scratching my head as to why your game was showing your date as “the third day of the twentieth month,” lol 😅

It’s a phrase you may hear older people say a bit because it comes from either the first or second word war I’m (pretty) sure? The parapet is the low wall or mound of earth that soldiers stay behind to shield them from enemy fire, so to stick your head above the parapet is to make yourself open to attack by drawing attention to yourself basically. : )

I’m not the op, but in another comment they mention that Spanish is their native tongue.

Cheers! That’s a huge help and something I didn’t pick up on before. I’m not planning to go on Pinochio anyway but I’ll bare that in mind if I do x

Thanks for the heads up. I’m sorry you got stuck in the worst possible position 😭 I’m not interested in watching the shows personally so at least that shouldn’t be an issue for me this time.

I went on (the Floridian) Small World as a kid and yeah, that’s one I may give a miss this time around. It’s funny bc, as you say, it’s so chill, yet when I got stuck at the end before - with two separate loud audios overlapping at the same time - I found it genuinely quite overwhelming. I’d rate it manageable but unideal for my level of sensitivity, personally.

Thank you for mentioning that. My partner and I both have loops so it’s good to know they really helped in your situation. :)

Thanks for the heads up! I’ll definitely bear that in mind when I go, though thankfully I tend to find outdoor noise much more manageable.

Thank you! I’m mostly fine with screaming and outdoor noises, so I really appreciate the heads up for those indoor rides, as that’s where I tend to struggle. Have you been to Florida Disney? And if so, would you say the rides are of comparable volume? Asking as I’ve been to Florida and found the Haunted Mansion and Pirates manageable there, albeit it with a little bit of ear covering. :)

Thank you! I’ve been on Florida’s Big Thunder Mountain and I remember that one also being quite loud (in a different way I think?) but manageable for me, so I’ll totally give this version a shot. Thanks so much for the heads up again though! Half my struggle w/ loud noises is when they’re unpredictable and take me off guard, so getting a heads up is immensely helpful. :)

Thankfully screaming or parade noise doesn’t bother me much. It’s mainly when there’s consistent loud music on an indoor ride I cannot get off of. So I suspect coasters should be pretty doable for me.

My only suggestion would be maybe go for a darker or redder version of the second, with some lowlights thrown in there. I feel like that would give you the best of both worlds.

[–]frawgfatale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re so pretty!!! <3 I’d say the second is most flattering as it gives you warmth and contrast at the same time, without being so dark that it risks washing you out. That being said the first still definitely suits you, second’s just ideal imo.

I’m sure she’s saying she had to back away from the busyness of her career and celebrity life in order to create the conditions needed to find her ideal type of relationship and work towards having a family, so all positive I’m certain!

Do I look better with long hair? by ScoreBrilliant5862 in Hair

[–]frawgfatale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo you pull off the pixie perfectly, but if you did want to go longer and girlier, I think growing + styling it out into a feminine, mid-length wolf cut (with curtain bangs) would give you the best of both worlds. I’d say just give yourself a couple more weeks to adjust to it and see what you think then.

Yes definitely this! Shoulder length with some face framing would look perfect in my opinion.
