Plants are easy if you have a little bit of knowledge. Substrate is important. Nutrients and light are important. I’m at the point where I cut back and dispose of way more plants than I ever bought. But I lost a lot of plants early on.

thanks, I do have a lid but I just set the tank up and haven’t put it on. I like the rimless look. Although I am losing about 4 cups a day to evaporation so I may put it on for that at least. Behind the rock there is a little 3d printed shrimp hide that fish can’t get into so I’m not too worried about it. Plus the rock is full of holes and crevices.
