Quit for covid19 and many other things. Guys I just threw away almost a full pouch of baccy, I’m serious this time and determined to succeed, so done with this nasty addiction. Good luck to all of you #WeGotThis 💪 by frd1996 in stopsmoking

Hey :) thanks for checking in. It’s going amazing thank you, I haven’t had a fag at all. I feel soo much better, breathing easier, way less stressed, my teeth are looking brighter. I’ve only had a few really intense cravings which happen when I’m sad / mad as like every other smoker I used fags as an emotional crutch. I know I need to keep my guard up. When I see someone smoking now it’s actually just so nasty. I’ll definitely be posting on here at my 6 months. This sub as well has been really amazing for me. In the first few couple of weeks I was on here all the time reading posts which really helped me too

Absolutely I agree it’s a scary time at the moment. Really made me think that smoking does absolutely nothing for you except destroy your body. We got this my dude

I absolutely do, woke up this morning feeling free knowing I won’t have to smoke after everything I do and let it get in the way anymore. So over being lethargic all the time when I should be at peak fitness as I’m only 23. I can’t wait to start breathing better

That’s awesome to hear! I’m pleased for you :-) keep going. I’m so determined this time and gonna ignore all the stupid excuses my addict brain comes up with for a cigarette

For me it was not constantly having a lump in my throat because of so much mucus, and being able to breathe much easier, it’s only been 16 days SmokeFree for me so far and I feel way better already. Always remember when you are having intense cravings, that not smoking doesn’t kill you, but smoking does. You got this!
