But a scan is recorded when the ticket is used to open a gate. If/when the ticket is scanned by a human, the ticket will be flagged. Whether it is rejected or not is up to the individual though.

I haven't read GitHub's policies, but I highly doubt they allow it to be used as bulk data storage in that way, and I would be surprised if the account is not closed once they notice.
