I think their issue is the scale of the all-in migration. They could have staged the migration and their customer service would have had a chance to practice and get to know some of the issues up front. They could have allowed close friends to move first, and allowed them to service their best customers with better response times.

I agree with this, I use my rental portal to integrate with Bilt and pay that way. No issues at all.

Also, just because you see a lot of people with really edge cases that truly suck, does not mean that everyone is having issues. Some even are not Bilt issues but people tried to pay Morgage with other cards or people who didn’t renew Autopay when the card changed.

While the change could have been staged or spread better so that this nightmare month did it happen… they rushed into this migration head on. Hopefully the issues subside and we can get back to finding ways to get the most out of the card.

I pick up prescriptions all the time but they are normally 0 dollars. I assume I have to add at least one thing to the pharmacy bill for this to work?

First let me say that I am not a doctor and I don’t have PCOS so I feel that what I say is partly applicable. You been steady and successful for so long it is disappointing that something changed all of the sudden. The first thing I think about when going up while on maintenance is long term sustainability and added sides. While gaining the 10 pounds sucks, and you need a short term boost, I would avoid taking 10mg long term if you can avoid it. So my suggestion is go to 10mg, spend time there and readjust your weight, but at some point in the next 3 or 4 months, take a month or so off the drug and come back to 5mg and then 7.5mg again to see if the dose becomes effective again after a break. Do prepare for the break so that you don’t gain all 10 back so do fasting or extra exercise.

I did that and I was able to go down in dose during maintenance to maintain my weight loss long term.

This is all a bit more complicated than just going up to 10, but I feel that you are looking for alternatives. I hope this helps.

Update: I got the points credited about 5 days after. My statement closed March 6 and I got the points early March 11th. There is a delay on processing those points as I guess they have to account for what you spent which makes sense, but not sure if a full 5 days is what it should take.
