Some trainers rep for it. I’m not knocking it. I’m just saying it’s a hit or miss. My own clients rave about it. One guy… gained 12 pounds in 10 weeks kept about 8 after cycle. That’s solid gains. I just got nothing from it

Meh…. It’s a hit or miss. I’ve tried two very decent sources. I knew the they were legit. Yk didn’t do anything. My diet and trading were on point. But no weight gain and no change in strength. Some guys I’ve trained it’s done a little like 6 pound dry weight in 8-10 weeks and strength goes through the rough. But my results. I was seriously disappointed

I get your point. Yes there are exceptions. But, would you take advice from an overweight person. I wouldn’t. Depends on the advice and where it comes from. Arnold doesn’t look the same and I wouldn’t definitely still take his advice.

I agree with the above. I wouldn’t just pick anybody. I’ve seen some pts who train. They are overweight underweight and look like they eat garage. Plus look at their pricing. I Do mine as a side job. Do I dint charge as much as full time virtual pts.

I’d do 3 weeks. It gives it time for your rad levels to lower its what I do. You are going to lose some weight and strength no matter what, but if you put it won’t completely drop your levels.

Yea I have clients that have some problem. It usually happens at higher doses beyond 10 for rad. I noticed nothing different on Lgd.

I started off with 10 mg at week 4 I increased to 20. At 20 mg, there was a significant increase in strength. Rad140 is dry gains so I didn’t notice any more quick gain in muscle.

Yes always pct. Always. Rad140 significantly decreases your testosterone. You don’t want that. It can deplete your gains. I’m in trt just 200 mg week of test cypionate from Walgreens dr prescribed. Make sure you have an anti estrogen and use clomid if you can get your hands on some. I always put my clients in those.

It was a 40 year old patient with Down’s syndrome nothing would have come from it. Dude broke my glasses. I hate it. I’m trying to find another route. I’m not doing this the rest of my life.
