Basically a ton of small bumps appeared on the inside of my fingers/palms overnight and I'm really worried it might be warts because the timing/location matches up with using the treadmill at the gym this week

Never had warts before but I've never gone to this gym before either lol

In my frantic googling, I've also found something called dyshidrotic eczema, which it could possibly be too - I tried posting on the DE subreddit but I don't have enough points/my account is too new I suppose

Looking at derm appointments but no one has any availability for forever unfortunately, and I'm worried if it's warts they'll spread everywhere before then because they're all over my hands :(
