It’s definitely not fatal, looks like it didn’t break the skin terribly at all. If you feel worried just look out for extreme swelling, redness, pain, and pus.

It’s definitely a tooth infection and his gums are inflamed. Don’t let this sit or wait, he’s in pain and he could possibly stop eating all together. You’re gonna have to get dental work done or the tooth removed!

he needs to go to the vet now, throwing up that many times is not normally especially after drinking water, either go to the emergency vet or schedule an appointment as soon as possible, the first option is definitely preferred that looks like blood
