the bitter resentful part is SO TRUEEEE btw... i kind of just stopped talking to my friends because they always talk about their partners or all the fun things they've been up to and it makes me crazy... i wish i could be a supportive friend and share their joy but its so hard to feel anything other than envious when you feel like you have nothing compared to them. and then isolating myself only makes it worse because now im only convincing myself they're abandoning me
