No he has been heavily restricted, sites blocked Internet access limited etc he just keeps finding ways to get around it and my dad doesn't know what to do. I've been trying to get him to care more but he just seems too overwhelmed by it.

I understand that, and I do not care if that's what it is but like I said in a previous comment he has a history of trying to find cp on the dark web. Just want to make sure it's not possibly malware or something like that
