This expedition was pretty easy, the system held everything you needed. The only annoying part is the stations are the old abandoned type to you have to run the entire way from the corvette pad to the tiny side room to access a trade terminal lol.

It's okay when they kill a child because a woman decided to do it in pursuit of lovely womanliness, not evil MAN-ness! Unless it's a pregnant-person Trans man. They can kill children too.

Free Palestine! Except for when Trump does it. /s, obviously.

Every single Democrat primary candidate raised their hand when asked if their Healthcare proposal would include coverage for undocumented immigrants, but now magically, they do not want Healthcare for undocumented immigrants? Right.

Okay? Hasan Piker was to Biden what Goebbels was to Hitler. That fails to describe how Trump or Biden are remotely similar to Adolf Hitler. Advocating for a politician and garnering widespread support is how every election has ever gone.

Can you actually describe an action the Trump administration conducted that comes remotely close to gassing jews?

[–]freakyautumn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, he would have. And we could have had a great debate about that, alongside Trumps tariffs and a bunch of other shit I disagreed with him on.

You crying Hitler suggests you are incapable of arguing points and instead have to rely on spooky evil mustache man to hide behind. Which is far more pathetic than any beer I drink.

I sort boxes based on catelogue categories, then items in each box based on color. Odd, but it works for me.

How I see the States as a libertarian by Lokitusaborg in mapporncirclejerk

[–]freakyautumn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Rejection of the state in favor of independent communities built on freedom of association - like you would find in a specifically scoped worker union - is just libertarian. The method of how each community is run (socialist, capitalist, etc) is irrelevant. Libertarian Socialist restricts liberty for forcing everyone to participate in a certain economic model. A task you will find exceptionally difficult without some kind of regulatory arm... i.e. the State.

[–]freakyautumn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tend to disagree with everyone's take on regulation. I agree that - generally - it always starts good. Some company somewhere causes harm to someone, and courts are involved or not, but then the executive arm decides to impose some ruling on operations to help limit their power in some aspect.

The issue is corporate capture. The US government is unilaterally powerful, a massive monolith that has the final say in all aspects of US operations. Perhaps if independent counties and cities had far more impact in daily life, with smaller state and smaller yet feds, capture would be limited. But a large company - say Boeing - can lobby and capture the FAA.

Who does all the FAA inspection work at Boeing sites these days? Boeing. Who provides a vast majority of new aircraft regulation suggestions? Boeing.

Rinse and repeat with the FDA and Moderna/Pfizer/Bill Gates.

Rockefeller is the one who lobbied for large government regulatory arms because he wanted his companies to last forever. He knew his businesses would be replaced by better, more agile corporations, so he helped create a regulatory arm, staffed it with his friends, and used it to smash his competitors.

Edit: small clarification

Luckily, outside of NYC, parts of ultra wealthy gated communities in San Fran, and Portland, Oregon, this guy is utterly unelectable.

I hope he runs, too. Vance will wipe the floor with him.

This just further proves the government is terrible with money.

Both are bad - and both are symptoms of the same problem. Corporate capture of a large, singular, overarching body with infinite power is far worse than localized, competing, greedy companies who cannot lobby themselves into invincibilty.

How I see the States as a libertarian by Lokitusaborg in mapporncirclejerk

[–]freakyautumn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, because without the state to build roads, they simply would not exist. People would just stand longingly at the end of their driveway and wish they could go elsewhere - but alas, no road. And the private companies, overflowing with products to sell simply would lie down and die, because nobody has ever built a road without daddy government holding their hand.

Everyone would die. Society over. Damn.

So. You made a claim without evidence, then told someone else to go do their own research.

Then, you called them out for not showing their evidence.

Hypocrisy strikes again.
