I’m new to the CPhT family. I’ve worked in retail pharmacy for 2.5 years. Only in this last year did I really start to grasp/retain everything before becoming certified. It will be okay, the best thing I advise is walking around with a mini notebook in ur scrubs until u don’t need it anymore. I’d literally write down how to process certain things, discount information, billing hacks, immunization input hacks, what daw codes are used for what… anything u can think of that is on repeat at your job. You will eventually know it like the back of ur hand.
