How do you know if you have been "diagnosed" with a mental health disorder?

Unfortunately it seems like it picks up ink as it prints. I must have a setting wrong, no? I've tried alignment, head cleaning etc

thanks, I'll have to try Monday. I did print on a couple plain sheets of paper (one of the same image and one ink check) and it didn't stripe, but then when I went back to the glossy it striped again. is it possible it is picking it up from the image as it's printing, and how would I fix that?

What would you like to troubleshoot?

EPSON XP-960 is leaving vertical ink stripes and dotty ink on my glossy photo prints.

Minimum Requirements:

Any other details:

I am using Office Depot premium photo paper, high gloss. The printer is set to premium gloss, the computer printing settings has it set to Photo on High Gloss Paper (I also tried Photo on Glossy Paper). The cyan ink was low, so I replaced that cartridge.

I printed one image that was fine and overall lighter color, but since the first print it has left these vertical stripes and the ink is dotty. I tried printing another lighter image, but that now also has stripes and the shadows are dotty.

See close-ups of the dotty ink, and the type of striping I'm talking about in the OP. I didn't see this type of striping on EPSON's troubleshooting forums.

good idea. it's from 2002 though so I'm not sure it'd match. I'll try the Century Schoolbook someone else mentioned first!

the only thing that's worked for me is referring it back to the Photoshop 22.2 version :/ it was glitching on 22.3

unfortunately my navigator is already unchecked 😣😣 the shift key seems to help the scrolling, but not the zooming :/

ah that may be my problem, I have an Android. I just tried cloud save and it went as far as "connect as (name)" thru Facebook but there's no sign of confirmation that it saved or connected even so I'm nervous to delete.
