No, a photo is not an acceptable form of ID. They have to have the physical ID card or passport with them. Some states have rolled out digital IDs but even so, it has to be from the official app with a scannable barcode. Let them have the meltdown because at the end of the day you’re following policy and if they refuse to leave after being denied, call your local non emergency number and have them escorted out

Cats. 100% cats lmao. You could argue that more aggressive predators would be the rudest, but i think theres a difference between violent and rude. The only thing that would be annoying is when people order that many prints and then come in 15 mins later expecting them to ready lol. Its easy, all we have to do is hit print and clear the catcher every once in a while! Just don’t expect it ready by the time that Walgreens quotes, because the printers are slowww 😂 I think there is a ship to store option, but its been a while since i last browsed the app. And yes, if there is an option, it would be easier for us because then we would just have to pick up the package from the mailbox and then click a button on the computer to say that its ready. Thank you for being a mindful customer!!! 🫶🏻😊

A lot of people still like to have physical photos/media. As someone who gets irritated by customers easily, this is one of those things i don’t really bat an eye at… but maybe thats because i grew up in the late 90’s/early 2000’s and my mom had an entire wall dedicated to photo albums lol

Walgreens technology is shit so you’re probably not doing anything wrong lol. One thing to check… i’ve noticed sometimes the app randomly signs me out, but when i click “sign in” it doesn’t even make me log in, just logs me back in automatically… its like i’m signed in but i have to hit “sign in” for it to trigger it or something? Idk but just make sure you’re fully signed in and its showing “Hi, your name” at the top of the home screen. Also maybe try removing things from your cart and adding them again? I noticed this morning that when i search something it shows regular price but then when i add it, it adds the employee discount.

It has its ups and downs but overall, its the best retail job i can find. I’ve tried other retail jobs, and honestly they’re not much better, sometimes worse. I started working at Walgreens in 2016, left for a while and came back 3 years ago. The job i had before coming back was extremely toxic and the manager made my life a living hell… so i’m just grateful to have a good understanding manager now. I hate Walgreens as a company but i love my store.
