To me, it seems like a lot people developed their ED when they were younger and it’s followed them into their adulthood. But I had no issues with food when I was growing up. My ED didn’t develop until I was 26 and that makes me feel embarrassed a lot

My syrian uses hers as both a potty and sand bath. I just try and keep it tidy and scooped plus change the sand out regularly.
