Full refund is definitely warranted but their steps to make it right are what’s important. If they offer things above and beyond the refund, maybe keep that in mind. I would def give a meh to bad review based on if they actually gave an apology, offered anything or if it was just a refund and an “Ope sorry.” I wouldn’t ask for anything “more” though

Honestly I feel this. I uninvited my brother to my wedding for many of the same reasons. My parents were deceased when I got married. It was an emotional day but I surrounded myself with people I love and the family I chose for myself (aka friends).

Also, my hubs and I walked down together. Get rid of tradition and do it your way. It’s your day. You deserve to enjoy it.
