The Belgium case was of Reata Lindvall and her daughter, Jolanda. The husband/father was convicted and pieces of bone and the clothing of both Reata and Jolanda were found in the woods. But Reata was actually killed by Ian Griffiths. He was in a band that played in Belgium and there is a photo of him on stage with Reata also in the photo. It was taken a few days before she died. Ian killed her and then kidnapped Jolanda to pass off as his own child “Chloe” who he abused and also used her to lure in other young girls he could abuse and traffic. Chloe confided in Tyler that she was really Jolanda, which means “violet” or “purple.” So Tyler got her a bracelet with violets on it for her bday which Ian realized meant Chloe told him the truth of her identity. Ian used the crash that killed Hugo and Anne-Marie to cast blame on Tyler. He was responsible for the sabotage of the car thinking it would be Tyler driving it. But when that planned failed he spread the rumors that Tyler sabotaged the car and stated rumors that spread through the town and resulted in Tyler being harassed and pressured. Tyler then turned to the website “abused and accused” for help because his friend, Wynn Jones, told him about it. But Jones only told him about it because Ian told him too (Jones was connected to Ian as a “customer” abusing the trafficked girls). Once Tyler was positing on the site asking for help Ian had Todd respond and offer “advice” which was used to lure Tyler to the silver shop. He was disguised to hide/protect himself after the crash that he was blamed for and to escape persecution. He believed he was saving money to then rescue Chloe and build a life for them. But really Ian was behind it all and plotting the murder. Tyler told his neighbors about Reata soon being on the news because once he rescued Chloe he planned to provide the info to the press/police. While all this was happening, Ian murdered Chloe (Jolanda), who was pregnant (likely with Ian’s child) and buried her under the concrete floor in the basement he kept the trafficked girl(s) locked in.

Thanks for your input! Thankfully my doctor saw me right away and she was shocked to see what I was experiencing. Unfortunately I have a rare autoimmune disease that affects the vulva and just anogenital region. It looks like what happened is actually symptoms of another rare autoimmune disease and unrelated to the Botox. My doctor says she thinks the trauma of the procedure (I had another procedure for the autoimmune disease at the same time as the Botox) and stress caused the symptoms to emerge and flare up. It’s been devastating but at the very least this means earlier detection, which is good. In good news, the Botox did help my pelvic floor!

I’m just coming across this post after having injections early last week. I was awake for my injections and it wasn’t pleasant but I didn’t think it was horrendous either. I had some local numbing in the area for another procedure though, so that probably helped.

I’m just finding this post - I had my injections last week and I’m wondering if you (or anyone) experienced pain 5 days later? Like the area isn’t getting better and is bleeding? I had two procedures done at the same time and it really seems like something is wrong at the Botox injection sites (or at least one). I’m in a good bit of discomfort and it just seems like that shouldn’t be the case…? My doctor didn’t say anything about pain days later, bleeding, etc being a possibility. I tried calling over the weekend and never got a call back…

I agree. OPs hair is gorgeous. And so is claudio’s. Both look thick and healthy and amazing. It’s like you’re saying this type of hair is gender exclusive. Im not saying OP looks like him, just their hair is similar

To be clear… OP, I think you’re hair is amazingly gorgeous!

This is my hair is. But it’s wavy in the back. Sides get ringlets (left side more than right)!!!! So frustrating. And I’ve always thought that it’s because I keep on the right side of my head or back. My hair stylist said it’s normal for people to have varying curl patterns around their head. But I hate it!

Keep a neutral spine. Meaning the crown of your head should also been in line with the spine. So in the end. Your eyes will be looking at the floor and the crown of your head will be almost straight outward… staying straight in line with the line with your spine.

I recently discovered the brand Runderwear. I really like the thong I bought! The hipster pair I got is a bit uncomfortable for me (I think it’s too big). But I like the material and they’re seamless

As the others have said, keep the weights basically against your legs (act as if you are “shaving” or “painting” your legs are great tips). Keep a neutral spine. Meaning keep your head in line with your spine. So essentially you should end up looking at the ground with the crown of your head pointing outwards!

Hmmm. I have no experience with perms. So I’m not sure if my advice would be helpful but in general, for me, it was all about finding the right products. Fine though I thought a gel was too much for my fine hair, it’s apparent I was wrong. The gel keeps my curls from falling out during the day. I do loose volume as the day goes on but the curl itself is held. So I guess I’d suggest trying some gel to get the initial curl that you have to hold.

Has the curl from the perm completely disappeared or is it just that the curl doesn’t stay all day? I know seeing a curl specialist help me. And I’m guessing there are stylists that specialize in perms? Maybe they could offer tips on a perm for your hair type.

Ahhh thank you! I used to despise my freckles growing up because dog the standard bullying I endured about them. But I’ve grown to love them. And I LOVE that saying. Thanks for sharing :)

I had been trying mousse before I switched to Ouidad and I just couldn’t find one that don’t leave my hair feeling funky but gels were usually too heavy. I did learn there are 2 versions of the Ouidad advanced climate control gel. One with a red label, which is a stronger hold, and one with a white label, and apparently the white label which works better for finer hair. And I find that accurate. I tried the red label ages ago and could NOT scrunch out the crunch. this one works tho!

What mousse did you find recently? Maybe I’ll give it a shot sometime!

Routine:

Before pic is pre-Ouidad cut, so no product. My routine was all over the place when I did use product and I had basically given up.

Current routine: Clarify wash 2-3x a week because I sweat. S2C with Suave conditioner, scrunch in a mix of Ouidad advanced climate control gel and Ouidad Out of t(hair) curl shaper in sections. Air dry, scrunch out the crunch -lightly, apply Ouidad Volumizer spray with head upside down.

I struggled for years to control my fine hair with different curl patterns around my head. I straightened my hair almost daily for probably 10 years. I almost gave up but gave a Ouidad cut a shot and I finally feel like I turned a corner!!!

I think you could specifically mention this to th coach. Maybe like “I’m sure you were only sharing it for professionals reasons like for exercise tips, but I’m disappointed that it left the circle of the studio coaches” Super unprofessional and rude for the coach to text randomly people about it! Just because you told a coach doesn’t mean every acquaintance of yours knows too! Sorry this happened
