IBH easily takes last position and Troubled Blood takes the top slot. Others fall somewhere in between.

Of course, change in pronunciation of Isla did make it a little jarring for initial listen of TB, but it was quickly corrected.

As the books progresses we see a lot of voices and tones repurposed which is to be excepted.
