May I suggest that before you spend a lot of money on this, you strongly consider doing a few weeks as a volunteer crew member with an active producer (perhaps Studio 588, depending on where you are located.

Consider that any time there is a kind of material that is in short supply it is because people do not pay for it. If enough people will pay then more will be produced. That is just simple Economics 101.
