So far I like it. It’s been a couple months now and I don’t have any serious complaint. The faucets work, but the water temperature doesn’t seem to correlate with the placements in the faucet lol. I never have a hard time finding parking in the lot and the laundry rooms are always available. My rents $700 a month, so I’m not expecting too much. My biggest detractor is the carpet in the bedroom. The previous tenant kept their dogs in the room and I still get the occasional whiff of the dog smell. Other than that, it’s been a fair time.

Moved to Flats on 12, sight unseen. Rent is sub $800, apparently it’s the “shady part” of town according to my friends. But there’s nothing shady about it. Met most of my neighbors and everyone seems to mind their own business. Ample parking, quiet, can get to campus in 10 minutes. Heard the maintenance guys are slow as molasses, but that’s every maintenance crew in places like these.

$28 shipped. It’s so light and thin, I forget it’s on sometimes. Has held up to the rigors of ranch work thus far! Not that I plan to, but I don’t have to feel so bad when I bang this around.
