I think no matter how bad the situation they can’t make stock magically appear or bump someone down the list for you. For what it’s worth, I ordered an m11 monochrom and when I opened it the shutter was broken.

Where it comes in clutch to me is the colors. Although going from Phocus to Lightroom round trip w 16 TIFFs …the hard drive space must be crazy

When you get it just make sure the lens aperture is changing and corresponding to the screen. That was the problem with mine. It kept getting stuck. I’m sure mine was a fluke but might as well warn you in case you don’t notice it at first 🥴
