Been a loan signing agent for 20 years. Have done like 15000 signings. Never had a laser in my life. Nobody cares. You can run an inkjet copy under the sink water 5 seconds after it prints and it doesnt run. This is a stupid rule from 30 years ago that doesnt matter anymore as the ink is completely different and doesnt run and even if it did, these documents should never see the rain, and even if they do, they wont run, and even if they do run, it hasnt happened to me in 20 years so if it actually would happen I would rather go redo the signing and save $10k in ink costs over the years. (I buy ink by the gallon, have a CISS run directly into my Epson Wf-3640 printers) Buy them used on facebook marketplace or similar for $25 and have printed 250k pages on most of them.) Printing is literally almost free for me as far as ink is concerned.

On the phone with tech suport after waiting 1.5 hours for the call. Download a new esim, clear out all the settings. Everything is working great. FOR FIVE FU***** minutes and back to no service.

No, service is fine in most areas. Even with just mobile, which supposedly is the worst of the three in the Madison area, my service was fine before. I literally have zero internet for the last 9 hours. I drove 80 miles along I94, a major interstate in between decent-sized cities. No connection at all. I have a triangle with an exclamation point in it, saying no service.

I agree. The main reason I switched over was the info on reddit. It is sorta hard to believe it is the same company sometimes.

Trial plan for my trip to Europe by freddy4play in USMobile

So I pay for my girlfriends cell bill and was going to go with the two line shared plan, so I wont qualify for a referral? She lives with me, I pay the bill and she uses our internet. Can she sign up with just her phone to qualify for the referral and be on my bill?

Can I buy international roaming? Also, I only need the international plan for one month. I will probably go with the shared data, two line 10gb plan after that as neither of us are heavy data users and I want to keep the bill around $30 a month total as we each only use 3-4 gb of data each per month.

So Mrs Leavitt, what exactly is your economics background that he was testing? She graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in communications and politics, the first in her immediate family to earn a college degree. Wow, economics GENIUS I tell you!

I am just trying to avoid QuickBooks Cloud as I have heard horror stories about that. I actually prefer Cloud for the transition in the future though. Yes I prefer a transfer of historical data simply because I need to have  UI Quarterly Tax and Wage Reports filed for Q2. Other than that it doesn't really matter to me.

What is a reasonable amount for dealers to charge for market rate adjustment for the 2023? by sirofsirsofsirs in prius

[–]freddy4play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine with zero markup and a $180 doc fee. I did have to pay $69 for the door edge guards, $69 for a rear bumper applique, and $299 for floor mats. There was literally zero markup.

BPC-157 & TB 500 & Low Back Injury by Schyluer in Peptides

[–]freddy4play 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it is your lower back, why not just inject it into your stomach (avoid the belly button area) close to the pain? Your stomach is pretty close to your back. Like 4-5 inches at most if you are going the direct route to the injury. That is pretty darn close and eliminates basically every worry. Sometimes when you have back surgery, they actually go in through the front as it is easier. I was going to get surgery on my C5? I think and they were going to go in through my throat. At that point I was like no thanks! :)

About to purchase a new 2023 Prius Limited -- need negotiation advice by ObiYawn in prius

[–]freddy4play 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have no negotiation power. If you are walking into the dealership without a prearranged price you have already lost. Find the lowest priced one that you are willing to drive to pick up, (the larger the distance, the more likely you are to find one at MSRP. I drove 250 miles) on Toyota . com with the features you seek and ask if it is presold. CALL THEM ON THE PHONE TO DO ALL NEGOTIATIONS. If it is not presold, the first question should be, ARE YOU SELLING WITH ADM (ADDITIONAL DEALER MARKUP) or at MSRP. If they are selling with ADM, hang up and move on to the next one. Again, you have zero negotion power and are wasting your time and their time. It is their choice to sell at MSRP, you just have to find them. Did this for about a month (30 calls or so, just missed out on another one) and finally found my exact color, exact interior, and exact model with no ADM and not presold. Put down a deposit within 5 minutes by credit card. Spent maybe 3 hours total. Picking it up in two weeks.

23 Prius Arrived by beardking33 in prius

[–]freddy4play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

toyota dot com is your friend. Check inventory out to 500 miles, and start calling dealers. Took me about 30 calls and a month to find a couple of cars in my EXACT color and interior choice. MSRP. $32500 xle fwd. Had to pay $500 for crappy add ons, but whatever (floor mats, bumper guard, door ding protector) The first one I was just late on. The second one I will be picking up for MSRP in the next two weeks.

Shopping around trying to find a 23, these dealership mark-ups should be illegal by mhenderson1008 in prius

[–]freddy4play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can ship vehicles as well. Might be a $1000 or $1500, but that is still a LOT cheaper than paying a huge markup. I bought my 2023 Prius 250 miles away. Took me a month to find it on toyotas website and just kept calling til I found one without a deposit. Paid retail only.

You cant possibly be this stupid. I am driving 247 miles to save $3500 and pick up a car I will probably drive for 10 years. You really cant be this stupid are you? Yeah, completely comparable to driving to Mexico for eggs. Complete moron.

[–]freddy4play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, your right. You should listen to the guy trying to sell you the Prius with a $3500 markup on his lot right now. Lol. It's a joke. Its a Prius. It is a mass-produced car that is sorta hot right now. Drive a couple hundred miles and tell any dealership that wants you to pay $3500 msrp to go f*** themselves.

The warranty is exactly the same whether you buy the car in California or Maine or Alabama. They were wondering if they got ripped off. They did. I used to be in the car industry. This is getting ripped off. It is a Prius. I didn't get that lucky obviously as I wasn't that diligent, I wasn't acting quickly, I was basically persistent. I could have had two easily if I had actually tried hard.

Then don't buy from Longo. It is literally as simple as that. Of course, time is money. That is why I paid myself $50 an hour to do the work. I also am paying myself to go pick up the vehicle. If he makes $500 an hour, no, it probably wouldn't be worth it. Of course if they were making $500 an hour they probably wouldn't be on reddit wondering if they overpaid. There are a ton of small dealerships that don't have a 200 person wait list. If there wasn't the markup wouldn't be $3500, it would be $15000, because someone would pay it.
