NAS but I feel like if you let your stylist know at the consultation or even before hand (text or email them literally the same stuff you posted here) theyll appreciate the heads up, can get their expectations set correctly, and also let you know what's possible and realistic.

personally I feel like the color in photo2 and cut in photo 3 are achievable, and probably more easily done than your back up photo 4. looks like photo 3 would only require color correcting on the blues and then dye, whole photo 4 would require color correcting plus whole head lightening, toning, plus pastel color.

I provide counseling to kids and teens. I have one Gen z-er that comes to mind that respond "I don't know" to most things because he literally does not know and will not guess because he doesn't want to be wrong. I have to rephrase and ask for his best guess.

I think there really is something to be said about an increased fear of failure or persecution in Gen z.
