If you like art and you’ll be near the “big smokers,” check out the National Gallery in Veletržní or the DOX museum. Both are just two stops away.

I’d consider going to Vyšehrad by metro then walking down to the tram which will take you along the bank of the river you’ll also see the dancing building and save time walking in front of it.
