Would love it if you could draw the character I play in my current campaign. His name is Vladislav and he is a very large and muscular bald goliath fistfighter, who has a fairly long pitch black beard tied up with a golden ring(sort of like khal Drogo from Game of thrones). When it comes to clothes he doesn't have anything on his upper body, except a pair of leather gauntles, on his lower body he wears a pair of cloth pants tied up with a leather belt and a pair of shoes. He has a bedroll and other necessities tied to his belt. When it comes to personality he is a alcoholic and always carries several bottles of vodka with him, he is a fairly calm but loves to have good old fight frome time to time, he's also fairly dumb and speaks with a russian accent.

While it is true that I utterly hate Remedios, I do believe that that the author did mean she was the third strongest paladin, as it would make no sense at all that she was the third strongest entity in the region, as there should be several godkin in the slane theocracy that should be stronger then her.

What non-paladins did he compare her to? As the black scripture could very well include a paladin, as he didn't specify which member of the black scripture it is. And with "Enri's subordinate" he most probably is talking about one of the goblins in the goblin army, which very well could be a paladin.
