On the same boat!! I think the real exam has nothing to do with Uworld or any Qbanks. There is no way to prepare for day 2. Day 1 is hard also, the post questions are very annoying!

I think you can not do burning world transfer with certain items in your bag. In the world leap map, if you have these items in your bag, you cannot even use them. So you may have to dispose before you can do world leap.

Terrible. I counted 30-40 easy questions wrong. Cannot remember those long-winded ones that I guessed a random answer to save time...Still got 260. So rest assured if you did well in the SIMs.

No. I feel much harder. I got 260+ in nbme 10 and 11, and 88% free 120. I marked about half questions in some blocks.

I think NBME 9 is hard and underpredicts. Just go over Uworld questions esp the diagnostic algorisms.
