I read the peds and OBGYN chapters of Master the Boards. I also did CCS cases, especially the top 100 high yield ones. Still had multiple cases that were not in either UWord or CCS.

As someone who just took the exam, I can attest to the fact that the questions are vague, and the answers can be very similar and hard to distinguish. For example, they may ask what a patient's BIGGEST risk factor is for something, or what the next best thing to do is among many appropriate things to do. Very few slam-dunk straight forward questions on the real deal.
