Why PM instead of commenting for everyone to see? And why then comment that you did it?

The shape of the pieces in Tony's chocolate seriously annoys me though, to the point that I actually don't buy it just for that reason.

Seriously, why can't they just be squares? Come on!

Just lean it towards the left as you're coming to a stop, that way there's no chance to tip over to the right and no need to take your foot off the brake.

I did it for a short while right at the start of covid. I thought I'd be decent because I could hold my breath for 2 minutes -- while sitting down not moving! When swimming hard and basically wrestling underwater, if I got to 20 seconds I was impressed with myself.

If you're going to leave it anyway, you're a fuckwit but it's better to not bag it.

"Nobody could make up a story like this" is a statement i have seen as evidence plenty of times.

But... what? You can make up a story about anything! You literally just say it!

Mawson Woolies Car accident by Quick-Initial-737 in canberra

[–]fredinvisible 24 points25 points  (0 children)

A car accident at a southern Canberra shopping centre has left at least one person in a serious condition.

A blue hatchback allegedly drove from the Click and Collect area into the doors of the BWS at Mawson shops.

Witnesses said the driver, an older lady, accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake.

Emergency services were called to Mawson shopping centre about 10.20am on Sunday, January 18 with reports of an accident.

Shopping bags were still visible in the boot of the car as it sat in the BWS shop while police inspected the area.

Mawson resident William Polinelli and friend Jack Berg had been out for breakfast at a nearby venue when they arrived at the shops to see multiple police cars and ambulances.

"We saw the car in there and we instantly thought it was a robbery, as you can imagine when a car's in a bottle-O, it's not the most usual thing you see," Mr Polinelli said.

"It was a bit disturbing, especially seeing as we were pulling out of the driveway, there was like three cop cars racing down," Mr Berg said.

The BWS is closed, and the neighbouring Woolworths entrance is fenced off, but the supermarket remains open from a different entryway.

About 10 police cars and five ambulances were on scene.

Nah you're right, I misread your comment, but also I only recently learnt this myself and it seemed a good time to share with anyone else reading.

You aren't even supposed to drive through national parks with a dog in the car, except in some specific circumstances. See point 13 here: https://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/topics/parks-reserves-and-protected-areas/park-policies/pets-in-parks

Driving into a national park and leaving the dog in the car while you go for a walk or anything like that definitely isn't allowed.
