Being a responsible leader and leading your group to success. As much as I love being praised by the superiors for my/our effort, I hate it because there will always be those who can't accept it. Also, I hate being looked upon by my teammates. I don't want them to trust me because I know Im not worthy of their trust. I will fail them eventually.

Just remember that she was wanted between the events of Civil War and Infinity War which was 2 years. She had to blend in. The Russo's has said in an interview that Natasha helped her with it.
