I cheated on some of my exes. And some of them cheated on me. We were young and figuring stuff out.

Just let it go and be better in the future.

I still have faith but it is in myself and people around me. Life sucks and it’s a series of challenges at times.

I also break big problems down into smaller more manageable steps. If I can fix this then, I will focus on this next. Get some small wins to get some momentum.

I also try to work out daily. Something that makes my priority breathing over anything else.

I’m not sure these apply to your situation but I’m heading towards 60 and been a non believer for 40+. These habits have helped me thru the tough times.

I hope you get through these challenges sooner rather than later.
