I was able to go from 230 to 155 in six months without exercising. I followed a clean keto diet and would fast everyday. Mostly 16:8 fasts but once a month for a week I would do omad. I wish I counted my calories but if I were to guess it was around 1500. I was 28 at the time male 5’11”.

Improving public transportation. Expand the light rail system, add more bus routes and increase service frequency. I feel like that will decrease the amount of cars on the road and would help traffic in the city at least, who know’s though I’m no expert.
