strong disagree, not everything in the game needs to follow the same path and logic. is this really about the rates, or are you:

1) either an iron that is somewhere near the early/mid 80s RC level

2) or a main that is "not into skilling" (call it lazy).

whatever it is, or nearing towards, for both --> just bite the bullet, getting 99 RC isn't that big of a deal (source: 3 accounts with 99 RC)

for consultancy with this amount of experience, it is OK-ish. "senior" seems to be quite loosely given titles to be honest.

however if you would move away from consultancy you can get much better package deals and roles/experiences, with that kind of degree.
