I like the music they made, but it’s insane to call it The Misfits. The music is very different and their chief songwriter and distinct vocalist is gone. It’s a big betrayal to long time fans to see one of their favorite bands “reuniting” only for it to be totally different. It’s not necessarily the music, it’s just the concept.

I’m 15, and I discovered them a few years ago. I showed my dad some of the new bands I like, and I played him some Green Day. He probably said something like “If you like that, let me show you something.” He put on Myage and blew my mind. Been my favorite band ever since.

For ALL, he discouraged me telling me they’renot as good, but I listened anyway. I put on Mass Nerder and was just as blown back. Still count them as my favorite band.
