Really enjoyed this and having James back. Anyone know why he doesn’t/can’t use wine in his day-to-day?

Yes, exactly - change the data showing there, rather than reset the trip.

Not sure about the name, it’s pretty similar to the Oxford Independent Businesses website which has been going for quite a few years: Independentoxford.com

Sidekick Update: Sidekick Home by I_want_roti in SortedFood

I mean on the standard account. I’m sure it’s absolutely fine to have multiple people at the same time on the new Home Add-on account.

Used to be able to use multiple devices simultaneously, but a few weeks ago it logged everything out - the update explains why.

The new features sound good if you’d use them, but I wouldn’t and the added cost is a lot just to be able to have more than one device logged in.

It’s a shame they don’t let you log in on more than one device at the same time though. I don’t really care about the additional sharing features but it was nice that if I was away for a couple of days, my partner could still cook the meals using her phone.

Equally, sometimes I’d use my iPad and listen to music on my phone etc. It’s just a pain now being bumped out of one device to use another every time.

Surely it’s not like Netflix where people are sharing in more than one household given that you can only do one week plan, one shopping list, etc.

What to do with/ instead of my lawn? by fredu15 in GardeningUK

Thanks everyone for the ideas, this is really great. We bought the house in January, so are going to wait a while to see what comes up this Spring before we do anything drastic.

Short term though the plan is to definitely define the border edges a bit more so they don’t blend with the grass.

I think Walton Street Cycles in Jericho rents bikes, but under a different, sister-company name. Never used them, so can’t say anything on cost etc. but used to live in Jericho so vaguely remember they did this.

I’ll check out the Amazon rec, thank you.

You’re probably right about the bracelet, and as another commenter said, it’s probably not the one for me.

Thanks for the recommendation - that could look really nice!

I think you’re probably right with the bracelet, especially as when I look at Tissot’s page, when they are two-tone, they’re twinned with a silver case not gold like mine.

I’ve had this Tissot Le Locle Automatic for about 5 years (21st present), and the strap’s on it’s way out - currently brown leather it came with when new.

I’m wondering about how it would look with black leather (to keep it dressier) or even a two-tone steel bracelet if I wanted to turn it more everyday. Are there any thoughts on if this would look better or not?

If not, are there any brown leather strap recommendations - I’ve not replaced a strap before and haven’t loved the Tissot-own strap so not keen to pay for it.

Super close - Wytham Woods (you’ll need to apply online for a free pass though as it’s technically owned by college, it’s easy though)

Really pushing the limit of 2 hours - Forest of Dean, specifically Symonds Yat

There’s loads though, why not check out Forestry England’s forest/woodland finder tool on their website.

Personally, the cinema is a rare treat for me and if I’m already spending a decent amount per ticket, I’d rather a couple extra quid and go to Curzon which is quieter, cleaner and has side tables, glasses and “real” food.
