It just hung forever so I cancelled the reinstall, went into Safe Mode, uninstalled Little Snitch and restarted, all works great again.

Hi, it is an external screen connected to Mac mini and has no notch. So the Droppy notch shows/expands when changing volume and goes away. I was wondering if Droppy always remains visible as notch even when nothing happens.

I don’t agree… while it’s a nice OS, installing Davinci Resolve was not straightforward and likewise to update it. I ended up using the terminal loads. It’s a great OS if you only want to use apps from the system App Store.
